Our Lord Jesus entered Jerusalem amidst shouts of “Hosanna!” and “Blessed is He!” to win our salvation. Join us as we hear and take to heart our Lord’s triumphal entry and the events that follow early that week. This solemn service also features a procession with palms, special choral music from our adult choir, beautiful Holy Week hymns, and the holy Supper of Christ’s body and blood.
Join us for these short prayer services as we hear the Passion of Our Lord according to Saint Matthew (Monday), Saint Mark (Tuesday), and Saint Luke (Wednesday). These spoken services are 20-25 minutes long.
Join us for this solemn Divine Service on this night of our Lord’s betrayal. This service begins with corporate confession and absolution, highlights Jesus washing the feet of His disciples as an example of humble service, includes a choral piece, prominently features the Sacrament of the Altar, and ends with Psalm 22 and the stripping of the altar.
Join us as we ponder anew God’s great love for us in Jesus Christ—the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. The Noon service features the Passion of Our Lord according to the Gospel of Saint John. The evening Tenebrae Service (service of darkness) features the Passion of Our Lord according to the Gospel of Saint John, the seven words of Christ from the cross, choral pieces, and concludes in almost total darkness as we ponder the wages of our sin and what it cost Christ to redeem us.
